His skills and talents are based on 20 plus years in the production business in all areas of communications, broadcast and programming.   Located in the Chicago area, TAP focuses its video production efforts on the business communication, broadcast television and entertainment industries. Since its conception in 1988, TAP has produced television programs, live multi-camera broadcasts, teleconferences, concerts, video-based meetings and internet video streaming for clients around the world. Allocating the right people with the best resources in the right places is what allows TAP to deliver the best to clients.   TAP produces and directs business communication videos. Services include directing talent or clients in the field, video design for pre-taped show roll-ins and post production program design. The goal is to maintain a strong level of excellence. TAP tries to produce videos that not only act as marketing tools, but also entertain through emotion and storytelling - making for a lasting and enjoyable impression.   Good preproduction means good planning. As an experienced producer Randy meets with clients and producers to take input, offers creative options and reviews budget requirements. We then recommend production facilities, people and schedule, all designed to take advantage of the best resources to maximize budget and creative concepts.
